By using our website and placing orders, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Use the website to make legitimate orders and inquiries only.

 

Do not make false or fraudulent orders. We reserve the right to cancel any such order and notify the authorities if necessary.

Provide accurate contact details, including email and postal addresses, which we may use to contact you regarding your order.

Failure to provide all necessary information will result in the inability to place your order.

CONTACT:

After placing an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation and Shipping Confirmation via email or message.

AVAILABILITY OF PRODUCTS:

All orders are subject to product availability. If there are any difficulties in supplying the ordered products or the products are out of stock, we reserve the right to offer substitute products or reimburse any amount paid.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS AN ORDER:

We will make every effort to process all orders, but there may be exceptional circumstances that require us to refuse an order after sending the Order Confirmation. We also reserve the right to remove products from the website or modify content at any time.

 

Delivery:

Delivery of products will be made within 30 days from the date of Order Confirmation, unless otherwise specified. However, unforeseen circumstances or delivery zones may cause delays.

 

PRICE AND PAYMENT:

Prices listed on the website are subject to change and may not include taxes, duties, cesses, or delivery charges. If we discover an error in the price of any product ordered, we will inform you and give you the option to confirm or cancel your order. We are not obligated to provide products at an incorrect lower price due to obvious and unmistakable errors.

 

INVOICE/TAXES:

An invoice will be provided with the delivered products, and all purchases are subject to applicable taxes.

 

EXCHANGE/RETURN/REFUND POLICY:

We offer a 14-day return policy for products that are physically damaged or incorrect. Refunds will be credited back to the customer's store wallet after passing a quality check. Delivery charges will not be refunded.

CONFIRMATION / CANCELLATION :

If you have placed a COD order, our customer service team will confirm the order before shipping. Once an order is cancelled, it cannot be reverted, and a new order must be placed. Orders cannot be cancelled once they are in processing status, but changes may be possible before shipping by calling us directly.

Refund requests may be refused if evidence of fraud, refund abuse, or manipulative behavior is found.
